Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Products purchased during promotions or sales are non-refundable, unless defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@alzekra.ae before returning the item.
Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, approved returns will be issued as a store credit.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over AED 275, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. Al Zekra Group cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
